....IT begins

For those who don't know, I was inspired by all those computer controlled Christmas lights shows all over the Internet and decided to build one of my own next year. I know, the last thing I need is another hobby, but what the heck. I've got 11 months to make it work. So to share my excitement, headaches, ideas, and such, I figured I would start a blog. So sit back, read along, and see if I can pull this thing off.
